From all of us at UoN Services Limited we hope that your time at the University of Newcastle has been enjoyable and that in addition to your degree you take away great friends and memories.
If you are going attend your graduation ceremony you will need to reserve your academic dress for the ceremony, as it is a requirement of participation that you wear the full academic dress of the degree or diploma in which you are graduating.
Academic dress comprises a gown, a hood and a black cap (trencher/bonnet), all in the Cambridge style.
To reserve your academic dress you must read and accept the following Terms and Conditions, and then complete the Reservation Form.
You (and your family and friends) may also wish to take up the option of a morning tea, afternoon tea or supper after your ceremony. This option is included on your Reservation Form.
Please note that Terms and Conditions must be accepted before you can access the Reservation Form.
